Dear photographers,'You Press the Button, We Do the Rest!!!!!

With all eyes on our global environmental crisis my practice consciously disregards the very materials that played a major part in the "You Press the Button, We Do the Rest" mantra that led to, and was a part of, the photographic industrial revolution and subsequently filled the cups of capitalists all over the world at the detriment of our environment.

I make photosensitive imagery based on the faded history of the medium. I research the niche photo sensitive processes that were disregarded when silver-based photography became a way of preserving memories for thousands. I work without a camera, making imagery with handmade emulsions and new materials.

Dreaming for the future my sights are set on spreading my eco conscious message of questioning all aspects of photographic practice. The dream: to spread the word via a linked exhibition involving many galleries around the world, simultaneously!
