You often don’t feel confident sharing your work or at times even calling yourself an artist

You know you should be continuing your professional development but don’t know where
You’re craving structure, support, and people who actually get it
Inside the Work Show Grow School, you’ll learn how to talk about your work, apply for opportunities with confidence, and stay motivated in your practice- with honest feedback, expert guidance and a supportive community beside you.
Are you tired of trying to build a creative career on your own?
This is the reason I created Work Show Grow School – for creatives just like you.
I know what it’s like to feel unsure, stuck, and overwhelmed, while still wanting to make your work matter. I created Work Show Grow School because so many talented creatives weren’t lacking passion, they were lacking support. I wanted to build a space where it feels safe to talk about finances, where ambition is welcomed, and where it’s okay to say you want more without feeling embarrassed or judged.
This is a space to learn, grow, be seen, and be part of something bigger. It’s where you get the tools, encouragement, and accountability to move forward … on your terms.
We celebrate you at every stage of your journey.
There are six main areas to get involved in

Resources Library
The Resources Library holds all our past sessions. At Work Show Grow we are mindful of timezones, commitments and responsibilities so at any time you can catch up on a session you missed, go back and listen again, or discover something new from the resources library archive. We talk about how things really work and add fun to your creative journey.
Past mentorship sessions include:
Social media for artists
Productivity for the win
Applying for funding
Project development
Selling your work
I get it – you want to feel like your work matters.
You want to feel like your work is valued, that it’s going to make a difference in the world.
You want to be surrounded by people who understand the ups and downs of making work, who are figuring it out too and cheering you on along the way.
You want to be going into each new week knowing when you’ll have time for your work, knowing you have a clear direction and the support to back it up. You want to apply for opportunities, feel it’s worth your time sitting down to prepare the application and feel confident hitting ‘send’. You want to be part of a creative community that celebrates your wins and holds space for your challenges. You want your work to be seen, to open doors, and to be something you can build a life around, not push it down the to-do list. Most of all, you want to stop feeling like you're doing it all alone.
We teach artists and photographers how to take action and create their own opportunities.
Why do I know you need this? Let me tell you about Stuart Leech
“I didn’t really have a practice before I joined WSG. I didn’t know how to get support to help make work or get out there. I felt massive imposter syndrome … as a lot of artists do. Through WSG support my practice has changed completely. I’m finally pursuing a career as an artist. I can now confidently tell people “I am an artist”. I feel a real community at WSG. I feel supported. People are happy to share feedback in crits, as well as their own knowledge. There’s no gatekeeping at WSG. The WSG community has helped my confidence - I have my own cheerleading squad”.
Take a look at our special projects …
Our Special Projects are opportunities to put new knowledge into action and get your work out there. We have an international and entrepreneurial outlook and our group projects are great fun! We have printed 1000 publications and sent them around the world. We have also held annual work-in-progress group exhibitions, annual residencies and retreats, and taken to the streets of France with guerrilla pop up poster parties.

Who is in our community already?
Let me tell you about Vera Hadzhiyska
But first, Hello - I’m Natasha.
I started from a challenging background, with free school dinners and discouragement from studying art, to now just back from a two month global creative reset to gather inspiration for my next big creative project with my family. My journey has been anything but ordinary.
This Christmas, dealing with my late mother's debts revealed the full extent of the financial struggles she had shielded from us, her five children. As a single mother, she faced immense challenges in managing the household's finances. Growing up with the fear of bailiffs and the shame of financial insecurity deeply affected my view of money, instilling a scarcity mindset that took years to overcome.
A turning point - Being the first in my family to attend university was a pivotal moment for me. It was there that I began to see money as a tool rather than a source of fear.
Where I am now - Today, I'm an award winning artist and Senior Lecturer of Photography at the University of the Arts London. I earned my MA from the Royal College of Art. My work spans photography, moving image and installation and has been showcased globally at renowned venues such as Paris Photo and the International Center of Photography in New York.
What drives me - Throughout my career, I have secured multiple awards from places like Arts Council England and have been supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation. My goal is not just to create work but to help other creatives navigate the often intimidating landscape of arts funding.
My mission - With the right knowledge and tools, I believe securing success in your creativity is not just a dream but an achievable goal that can transform not only your practice but also your life.
